Corporate Governance

The board of directors is responsible to shareholders for the strategic direction, management and control of the company's activities and is committed to a high standard of corporate governance in delivering in these areas. The group reports on corporate governance matters on an annual basis and this report is set out each year in the group's report and financial statements.
